I suspect at some point in the future i'll be asked why did i choose "Christina Friendly" as my blog title. I also suspect that by the time i'm asked this question it will be so far in the future that the person will probably not have read back to the beginning of my blog. But i'll know it's here and come back, grab this post and re-post it.
Here's the deal, at work i believe that we should all be and act professionally so i tend to be a bit vocal as to what is and isn't appropriate, mostly regarding speech. This has a bit to do with the kind of work i do. I work in a call center and our customers can sometimes overhear our coworkers, so keeping our conversations professional is helpful. However, this has evolved into discussions about movies, sites, photos, and music that my coworkers listen to as well. The refrain can often be heard: "Is it Christina Friendly?" Or as Chris R said to Jeff C yesterday in my hearing, "This book that i'm reading is definitely not Christina-friendly." Later in the day i discussed with them what i should i name my blog and Neil S jokingly responded "Christina Friendly" and my blog was born.
